Borghese, Vini Violet

Hey everyone! Hope all is well with you. I'm doing much better! Thanks so much for your support! I hope to have my bank troubles worked out shortly and x-mas is still gonna happen! So needless to say I'm in the best of spirits.

Today I have the first of my small Borghese collection to show. This is a super pretty creme Light purple this is more red and less blue in person, but still a super great color. This appears to be very close in color to Nubar's Hieroglyphys Purple.... maybe just a half shade lighter. I will have to do a comparison soon of these, as I've just noticed they might be similar.

For me these applied a little thick and stringy but I'm pretty sure that's because it was very hot outside and that's where I was painting my nails at the time. All in all I do like this brand just wish they weren't so pricey. This was 2 coats, no base, no top. Hope everyone's Holiday is Bright!!!!!

Sinful, Pink Ocean

Hey everyone sorry about my absence. This has been a crazy time for me! I got sick about a week and a half ago and am still a little under the weather. Also I had my rent check stolen, washed and cashed, right out of my mail box! No worries I'm gettin' it all worked out with the bank. Hope everyone is having a great holiday season! I'm having a terrible time gettin' my hands on presents. Everything on my list is sold out! Argh! It's okay tho, think I found good alternatives.

Here we have one of the flakies from Sinful this is a very sheer light pink with opal flakies. This worked out really well! Looks way cooler in person! I think this was 4 coats with 2 coats SV, to smooth things out. And these pics are from August so no my nails aren't grown out yet, lol! But they are growing ...some.

Revlon Khaki-Zing, Nubar Peacock Feathers & Purple Beach...a dirty and quick comparison.

Hello dear readers! Today I have a quick and sloppy comparison for you. First I compared Khaki-ZING with Peacock Feathers. As you can see from the pics they aren't dupes. PF has way more blue and is quite a bit darker then KZ. But I did find a near dupe for KZ with Purple Beach as you can see from the pics KZ is a tad bit more blue than PB but not by much.
Here we have the Bottle comparison L-R, Khaki-ZING, Peacock Feathers and Purple Beach.

Here we have KZ on the Pointer and middle fingers and PF on the ring and pinkie fingers. Outside pic.

As you can see Purple beach is a near dup for Khaki-ZING. Hope this was helpful and interesting lol!

a` la Mode by Orly, Enchante`

Hello dear friends. Today I have a fun polish this is an a la mode polish by Orly I only have this one polish but it appears to be an old line or something so there are lots more? Not Sure. I got this one on ebay so you can look there for these.

This is a beautiful moss green, very 'enchanted forest' if you know what I mean. Super awesome! This has a dark base not quite black though. This is loaded with shimmer, both greens and a lil red. Very happy I got this one. This was 3 coats, no base, no top. Applied well. Also this is a slightly smaller looking bottle but it's full size at .5 oz. Have a Happy Monday!

Revlon, KhakiZING .....Is awesome!

Hello dear readers! Today I have an oldie for ya'll. This is the amazing and super awesome KhakiZING. This is from like 4 or 5 yrs ago I think....not sure? But this is a kick A$$ Duochrome, that changes from purple to green with lots of gold and even a bluish tone at times! This is so cool! I can't stop sayin' that! Ha Ha anywho if you can find this get it! This is 2 coats, no base 1 coat SV.

I know a lot of these pics are blurry......Sorry about that it was night and I was more concerned with capturing the color change then clarity. Let me know what you think of this one! Anyone else love it?

Cina Nail Creations, Orange Glitter (No Name)

Hello, Today I have a brand If never hear of before. I found this at a yard sale I stopped at this summer. This was an awesome moment for me! They had tons of polish, lots of dups, looked like overstock or something. I found a couple of these and some old CND and Hard Candy! A truly awesome day!

Anywho, this is an awesome coppery orange glitter in a clear base. This was a little thick, but nothing a little thinner can't fix. This was 3 coats, no base and 1 coat of SV. Could've used a second coat of SV. But that's just because I LUV! extra shine and depth with my glitters.

Sephora By OPI, Never Enough Shoes

Hey! happy Wed.! I'm in a huge hurry to get to my kids school. I'm volunteering daily again! So this is a black base polish with glitter/shimmer that looks in the bottle to have gold, red and green shimmer a great Holiday polish. But unfortunately all that transfers to the nail is black with gold shimmer. At least for me, that's what I got. I still like this polish but it really is waaaaay cooler in the bottle than it is on the nail! This is 3 coats, no base, no top.
